Huang Mo received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics fro Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005, 2008, and 2014, respectively.​

Dr Huang has been an Associate Professor of the School of Microelectronics of South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, since October 2016. From 2008 to 2014, he was a senior Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Designer, and a project manager in Rising Micro Electronics Co., Ltd, Guangzhou, China. He was engaged in designing RF transceivers for 2G/3G/4G cellular handsets. In 2014, he was a research associate in VIRTUS, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore for five months. From 2014-2016, he was with the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI at University of Macau, Macao, China, as a postdoctoral research fellow.

Dr Huang has served as a Technical Program Committee Member of IEEE International Conference on ASIC (ASICON 2017). He is a Guest Editor of Special Issue on “Energy Harvesting and Power Management” of Hindawi APEC. He has also served as a reviewer of many journals and conferences. He was a recipient of the IEEE Region 10 Conference 2015 Professional Award.
